Here are some things you can try if you have problems using the website:

Wait a few minutes - sometimes the website is temporarily down for maintenance.
Try a 'hard refresh' of the web page by holding down the Ctrl button and pressing F5.
Try logging out using the Logout button in the top right and logging in again.
Try closing the tab and web browser fully and restart your device.

If none of these work, contact the team on empathico@soton.ac.uk. It helps if you can tell us:

The email address you use to access Empathico.
The time and date of the problem.
The type of device (e.g. Windows 10 laptop) and web browser (e.g. Google Chrome) you are using.
What the problem is - including the title of the page and any error messages on the page.
A screenshot of the problem (if appropriate).
